Shijiazhuang China Restaurants
Anyone who has ever been to a Chinese buffet in the US is probably used to being a bit like pancakes, crepes or eggs. There are a few dishes that can be found in Western "Chinese" restaurants that are actually on the menu in China, but the basic idea is the same: order a pot of spicy broth, cook it at the table, add the desired meat, seafood and vegetables, and shake. It is very Chinese and is one of the few dishes you will find in a western Chinese restaurant, which is actually a menu about China.

While the cuisine of the Middle South is the most typical and is based mainly on Baoding dishes, it falls north of ShijiZhuan under the cuisine of the Middle East and South and East China.
One of the most common is with the classic scrambled eggs and tomatoes, and another with a side of pasta and a bowl of rice.
Xiao Long Kan is furnished with art and furniture that reflect the pomp of Sichuan antiquity. It is more than just a culinary experience, and the restaurant is designed to serve mainly Sihuanese dishes, famous for their delicious spicy properties. Dim sum are essentially steamed buns that are filled with a variety of meats, including beef, chicken, pork, shrimp and vegetables, in a steaming bun. The famous soup bases are topped with pasta, rice, vegetables and other dishes such as sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
